• Clinic must be paid for 2 weeks prior to date of Clinic. 

• Payment can be made via PayPal on the website, or by check made payable to Out of the Woods Horsemanship, LLC mailed to 621 Peacock Rd. Estancia NM, 87016

  1. May 4th Cow Sense Clinic to be paid on or before April 20th

  2. June 15th Cow Sense Clinic to be paid on or before June 1st

  3. July 6th Cow Sense Clinic to be paid on or before June 22nd

  4. August 10th Cow Sense Clinic to be paid on or before July 27th

 

If you cancel:

• More than 14 days before the Clinic start date, we’ll refund the Clinic fee.

• Less than 14 days from the event date, no refunds will be issued and we will retain 100% of the Clinic fee. However you are welcome to transfer to another clinic date up to 3 times. 

 

No refunds will be issued other than those listed in accordance with the policy above.

 

Transfers to a later Clinic:

Transfers of registration to a later Weekend Clinic date in 2019 will be permitted. No fee will be charged to transfer, but the same cancellation policy will be effective for the new date.

 

Transfers to another person:

Transfers of registration to another attendee are permitted when requested at least 7 days prior to the start of the Clinic. All transfer requests must be sent via e-mail to outofthewoodstraining@gmail.com
